Priprema
Od brašna i margarina zamijesite glatko tijesto dodajući tek toliko vode da se sastojci povežu. Ostavite stajati na hladnom.
Popržite luk na malo ulja, dodajte mljeveno meso i polako pirjajte. Dodajte sjeckani celer i naribanu mrkvu. Nakon nekoliko minuta dodajte sjeckanu rajčicu i pire od rajčice te protisnuti češnjak. Začinite i pirjajte dok sav višak tekućine ne ishlapi. Ohladite.
Pripremite kalup za 12 velikih muffina premažite ga margarinom i pospite brašnom. Podijelite tijesto na 12 jednakih dijelova. Svaki tanko razvaljajte i okruglim kalupom izrežite krugove dovoljne veličine da ispune kalup za muffin i vire oko 1 cm preko ruba. Ostatke od izrezivanja kruga premijesite i ponovno razvaljajte. Poslužit će za ''poklopac''.
Pripremljene podloge za pitice nabodite vilicom i punite nadjevom. Pokrijte manjim krugom tijesta i zatvorite rubove frčući ''pletenicu''. Premažite razmućenim jajetom i nožem napravite prorez na sredini da para može izlaziti van.
Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 180°C oko 25 minuta.
Posluživanje
Samostalno, uz salatu ili kako vam je drago. Mogu stajati u hladnjaku nekoliko dana, a mogu se i zamrzavati.
