RAW FOOD RESET - 21 Day Raw Cleanse Meal Plan - WEEK 1 / DAY 4   

Po stoti put negdje sam morala poceti, kcer mi je predlozila ovaj program i krenule smo odmah (uglavnom ja, ona kampanjski) :) Cilj je bio jesti drugacije i pritom narafski voljeti sto jedemo. Dakako da je bilo dana kada mi nije bas sve bilo po volji, no svejedno moram reci da sam prva dva kruga odradila bas po propisu te u isto vrijeme izgubila i dobar broj kilograma. Trudim se rcp za sokice ispostivati jer apsolutno ne zelim trpati samo voce (secer), zelim da moj sokic i smoothie imaju i povrca u sebi. U salatama sam oduvijek uzivala, a trenutno sam starim dobrim salatama pridodala i neke nove. Jedem voce i cijelo i narezano (ne samo smuckano ili ocijedjeno). Isto tako jedem i kuhano povrce, no istodobno bez problema uzivam u sirovom sto mi je do nedavno bilo nezamislivo :)

Sastojci

1/ Water with Lemon
1lt water
2/ Iron Builder (juice)
1 beet
3-4 leaves beet greens
1 carrot
3 ribs celery
1 lime
3/ Pear Detox (smoothie)
3 celery stalks
2 pears
1 handful coriander
1-2 cups water (or coco water)
4/ Fruit Meal
2-3 servings oranges, apples, bananas, grapes, mangoes, berries
5/ LUNCH - Carrot and Avocado Salad
1 ripe avocado
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2-3 tbsp broccoli sprouts
1/2 carrot (shredded or grated)
1 tbsp raisins
6/ Green Protein (optional smoothie)
4 cups greens (spinach, lettuce)
1-2 frozen bananas
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 cups regular or coconut water
7/ DINNER - Pizza Salad (meal)
3-4 cups romaine lettuce
1/2 cup sliced brown mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced pineapple
1 cup sliced peppers
2 tbsp chopped kalamata olives
a few pinches of fresh chopped oregano
2-3 tbsp marinara sauce
Marinara Sauce
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
2-3 roma tomatoes
2 medjool dates
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 cup fresh basil
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
black pepper to taste
8/ Water and Tea (2-3hrs before bed)
small glass of water
herbal tea

Priprema

1.

1/ Water with Lemon (1st thing - every morning)

  • Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lemon into your water and drink upon rising. 
  • Try to have this at least 30 minutes before your first meal.
2.

2/ Iron Builder (juice)

Peel your lime, wash all produce and run all through a juicer.

3/ Pear Detox (smoothie)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

4/ Fruit Meal (every day)

If you are sensitive to sugar, choose low sugar fruits like berries, cherries and pair them with a samll handul of nuts and/or seeds.

5/ Carrot and Avocado Salad (lunch)


*Honey Mustard Lime Dressing

1/4 cup or organic stone ground mustard, 2-3 tbsp local organic honey, 2-3 fresh limes (juiced) and pinch of himalayan salt.

Combine all of your ingredients, washed and sliced into a large bowl. Stir dressing in a jar or bowl, and serve over your salad.


You can store your dressing in the fridge for up to 3 days. Use as much dressing as you like and enjoy.

6/ Green Protein (optional smoothie)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.

7.

7/ Pizza Salad (dinner)

Slice your mushrooms, pineapple, peppers and kalamata olives. Chop romaine lettuce. Toss all ingredients and enjoy.

Use the marinara sauce you made as for recipe provided or purchase organic brand in a glass jar from the store.

8.

8/ Water and Tea (every night, 2-3 hours before bed)

Have a small glass of water and make some tea. You can select an herbal (caffeine free) tea from herbal shops. No dairy of sugar should be added to your tea.

If you must add something, a little bit of raw honey or some almond milk is OK, but it is best if you just have the herbal tea in hot water.

Sveukupno sam bila na ovom programu 9 tjedana.

Prva Runda - 3 tjedna bez odstupanja.

Pauza od par dana

Druga Runda - 3 tjedna uz vrlo male takoreci neznatne modifikacije u trecem tjednu.

Pauza tjedan dana.

Treca Runda - 3 tjedna uz dosta odstupanja, takodjer u trecem tjednu, ali sve u sklopu programa (i pod kontrolom).

Sada uzivam u kombinacijama koje sam od programa usvojila, a i mnogima koje sam sebi prilagodila/ iskombinirala :)
