My first post to you, with pleasure! I hope that you will find it useful as well as your household as much as mine. We are real gourmands, so our table has a variety of sweets as well as fine salty dishes. I always go for the eating of the eyes first, and then we just taste the same, I hope you agree. I love precision, as much as the taste of the same food itself. I will strive to write only proven recipes, tasted and varied. Although I prefer tradition!

Young cooks, do not let the same youth try you for what seems 'impossible' to you, because I am young, I have a strong will and passion for cooking since I was a kid and I can tell you that every attempt is a challenge, but when you see the outcome I'm sure will be worth it ! Who does not risk does not 'profit'.
