RAW FOOD RESET - 21 Day Raw Cleanse Meal Plan - WEEK 2 / DAY 6   

Po stoti put negdje sam morala poceti, kcer mi je predlozila ovaj program i krenule smo odmah (uglavnom ja, ona kampanjski) :) Cilj je bio jesti drugacije i pritom narafski voljeti sto jedemo. Dakako da je bilo dana kada mi nije bas sve bilo po volji, no svejedno moram reci da sam prva dva kruga odradila bas po propisu te u isto vrijeme izgubila i dobar broj kilograma. Trudim se rcp za sokice ispostivati jer apsolutno ne zelim trpati samo voce (secer), zelim da moj sokic i smothie imaju i povrca u sebi. U salatama sam oduvijek uzivala, a trenutno sam starim dobrim salatama pridodala i neke nove. Jedem voce i cijelo i narezano (ne samo smuckano ili ocijedjeno). Isto tako jedem i kuhano povrce, no istodobno bez problema uzivam u sirovom sto mi je do nedavno bilo nezamislivo :)

Sastojci

za
1/ Water with Lemon
1 ltr water
2/ Eye am Healthy (juice)
1 carrot
2 ribs celery
1/2 cucumber
1 lime
1 small piece of ginger
3/ Apple Basil Vitamin Booster (smoothie)
2 gala apples
3 limes (peeled)
6-8 fresh basil leaves
pinch of himalayan salt
1 frozen banana
2-3 cups water
4/ Fruit Meal
2-3 servings oranges, apples, bananas, grapes, mangoes, berries
5/ LUNCH - Spirulina Mint Protein Smoothie
1-2 frozen bananas
1 tsp. spirulina
1 tsp. carob powder
4-5 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp. chia seeds or hemp seeds
1 scoop hemp protein
1-2 cups regular water, coconut water or almond milk
6/ Raw Beauty (juice)
2 ribs celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 head red or green leaf lettuce
1 head fennel
1 handful of parsley & coriander
small piece of ginger
1 lemon (peeled)
7/ DINNER - Healing and Grounding Medicinal Soup
2-3 cups water
3 tsp. 6 mushroom blend (powder)
2 tbsp. seaweed flakes (dulse, kelp) OR
1 cup seaweed
1 tsp. turmeric powder
3 tbsp miso paste
1 cup nettle greens
1 tsp. garlic powder
8/ Water and Tea (2-3hrs before bed)
small glass of water
herbal tea

Priprema

1.

1/ Water with Lemon (1st thing - every morning)

  • Squeeze 1/2 - 1 lemon into your water and drink upon rising. Try to have this at least 30 minutes before your first meal
2.

2/ Eye Am Healthy (juice)

Peel your lime. Wash other produce and run all through a juicer, and enjoy :)

3.

3/ Apple Basil Vitamin Booster (smoothie)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

4.

4/ Fruit Meal (every day)

If you are sensitive to sugar, choose low sugar fruits like berries, cherries and pair them with a samll handul of nuts and/or seeds.

5/ Spirulina Mint Protein (lunch)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

6.

6/ Raw Beauty (juice)

  • Peel your lemon and wash all produce. Run all through a juicer and enjoy.
7.

7/ Healing & Grounding Medicinal Miso Soup (dinner)

Bring your water to a boil, add in your nettle greens and let simmer for 5-10 min with the turmeric and garlic powder. 

Near the end, mix in your mushroom powder and seaweed.

Remove from the heat, add in your miso and stir until the mixture is broken down.

Let cool to a reasonable temperature and enjoy.

If you can not access nettle greens in your area you can use kale, chard... or leave greens out for a light medicinal broth.

8/ Water and Tea (every night, 2-3 hours before bed)

Have a small glass of water and make some tea. You can select an herbal (caffeine free) tea from herbal shops. No dairy of sugar should be added to your tea.

If you must add something, a little bit of raw honey or some almond milk is OK, but it is best if you just have the herbal tea in hot water.

Sveukupno sam bila na ovom programu 9 tjedana.

Prva Runda - 3 tjedna bez odstupanja.

Pauza od par dana

Druga Runda - 3 tjedna uz vrlo male takoreci neznatne modifikacije u trecem tjednu.

Pauza tjedan dana.

Treca Runda - 3 tjedna uz dosta odstupanja, takodjer u trecem tjednu, ali sve u sklopu programa (i pod kontrolom).

Sada uzivam u kombinacijama koje sam od programa usvojila, a i mnogima koje sam sebi prilagodila/ iskombinirala :)
