za
2 i pol šalice inegralnog brašna
1/4 čajne žličice soli
8 jušnih žlica hladnog maslaca
1 čajna žličica Cimeta mljevenog Podravka
1 jušna žlica Cvjetnog meda Podravka
2/3 šalice hladnog mlijeka
1/2 čajne žličice ekstrakta vanilije

Priprema

1.

u velikoj zdjeli prvo pomješate sve suhe sastojke..

dodajte hladan maslac i razmrvite ga sa zajedno sa suhim sastojcima.

dodajte med,ekstrat vanilije i hladno mlijeko..

mjesite tako dugo dok ne dobite fino glatko tijesto...

tijesto mada je prhko nije potrebno ohladiti..

razvaljajte tijesto u pravokutnik...

izrežite tijesto na kvadrate,i lagano nožem pritisnite (ne do kraja) da biste dobili oblik križa..

stavite na papir za pečnje i pecite u predhodno zagrijanoj pečnici (180 st) cca 12 minuta...
